About Us

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience, dedicated to supporting therapists in their professional growth and well-being. Since beginning my counseling journey in 2012, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals as they navigate healing and growth, and now I’ve expanded that mission to supporting the professionals who provide that care.

In 2017, I founded MCS Counseling Group, which has grown into a thriving group practice with over 30 compassionate and skilled team members serving communities in Jefferson and Kitsap Counties. Over the past 8 years, I’ve supervised more than 30 therapists, helping them build clinical confidence, navigate ethical challenges, and grow sustainable careers in mental health.

My passion lies in program development, and I’ve had the privilege of designing and implementing seven innovative programs that respond directly to community needs—ranging from school-based counseling to collaborative care models and professional internship training.

Through Counseling Support, my goal is to help other therapists, supervisors, and practice owners find clarity, confidence, and connection in their work. Whether through supervision, consultation, or retreats, I am here to support the heart of the helper.
